Drop shadow displaying on bounding box of text

Question

Hi,

I've added a drop shadow filter to the individual characters of my text. I needed to do this as I want the individual characters in the word to appear at different speeds. Some of the characters show a drop shadow eminating from the bounding box of that character, as in the screenshot below. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi Barry, what version of Animate are you working with? Are these frame filters applied to keyframes? You may see this effect on stage but it shouldn't show up in rendering. When you test the movie with Ctrl + Enter do you still see the drop shadow in the bounding boxes?
