Duplicate existing keyframe

I didn't find the answer in internet, is it possible to duplicate an existing key frame in a frame, please ?

Sorry for not being more clear.

- You will hold the Alt key (or Option, on Mac);
- Click and hold the keyframe you want to duplicate;
- Drag it to a new frame.

Please let us know if it's still not explained correctly.
