Embedded Canvas file is Compressed

I'm having a problem with my canvas animation becoming drastically compressed. After embedding it into my website and viewing it in the browser it appears to be rasterized. If I view the original .html file published by Animate in the browser it looks fine. It only appears compressed when its embedded into my site.

I'm using the JS directly from the script tag in the original .html file. I just copy it over to my JS file. I'm also testing everything locally.
