Embedded Videos dont start from what frame i want

I need help please, so, all of us know that you can't make a video start from a specific frame or paise the video in animate, but i know a workaround, so, the workaround is to import a new symbol, you made that symbol a graphic symbol and the you throw the embedded video(flv format) in that symbol, after you put the symbol in the scene and because the symbol is a graphic symbol you can use the frame picker, now the problem is that when tou put the first frame of the video to be be the frame 344 for example, so the video will start from that frame, in the program looks perfectly fine but when i export my animation as a SWF file or mp4 or anything else the video that i set to play from frame 344 plays from frame 1, WHY???  Please HELP!
