Equiz Project Help

Hey Guys, recently I've been given a task, project to do and these are the outlines, was wondering if there is any templates I could use as a reference.

Objectives
My objective of this project is to create an E-Quiz using Adobe Flash.

Introduction
E-quiz is to test on the students on how much they have understood through each topic.
Through the quiz, teacher will be able to know which student requires much help in that topic.

Application
The application that I used to develop this E-Quiz is adobe Flash. The programming script that I used is ActionScript 3.

Features

Marks
Can compute the number of correct answered questions.

Question Randomize
Able to select questions randomly without repeating.

"Next" Button
To allow the students proceed to the next question.

"Back" Button
To allow the students to move back to previous question.

"Submit" Button
Allow the students to submit their quiz provided that they have finished all the questions.

"Alert" pop out box
To let the students to double confirm before they submit their quiz.

Indicatiors
To show the students which questions they have done and which have not. For questions that are not done, the indicators text color will be in "Red". For questions that are done, the indicators text color will be in "Green".

Images
Pop out the image if the certain question requires the help of the image.
