Bonjour,

Hi,

I see a similar issue on the forum, and I am not quite sure if this is update related yet. I suggest getting in touch with our tech support team http://adobe.ly/21iudtV They should be able to assist,.

Thanks,

Preran

Just want to let you know that we have identified that this is happening due to one or more corrupted fonts present in the machine. Loading of such fonts during application startup is leading to the crash. We are working on a fix for this and will let you know as soon as there is an update on this.

Thanks!

Mohan

then reinstall after updating your os:

uninstall animate including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
use the desktop app to reinstall animate

J'ai désinstallé animate, mis à jour mon ios, redémarré mon ordinateur, installé animate de nouveau et j'ai toujours le même rapport d'erreur au lancement... 😞

reset your preferences -  https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html

p.s.  please don't attach images to adobe forums (that then require downloading to view).  embed images using the "insert photo" icon at the top of the reply field.
