Error creating swf movie

I'm trying to exprt my project using export>export movie/media, but this erorr message appears. I've succesfully exported other projects with longer names in the same location so it isn't a locked drive issue or a name length issue. I've tried so many ways of altering the project but nothing works. Any ideas?
