Error: Initializing Java Runtime Environment. You may need to reinstall Animate

Hey! I've received this problem when trying to export or use any Action Script 3 features on my animation. It just tells me "Error Initializing Java Runtime Environment. You may need to reinstall Animate." 

Safe to say I did and nothing happened. I've looked at other articles on this site but most are outdated and nothing worked for me. I am on Adobe Animate 2021! If anyone knows a solution, please let me know! Thanks!
