Error installing Adobe AIR

When I tried to install Adobe AIR, it worked correctly, however, when I tried to load the .FLA file I needed Adobe AIR for, it yet again said I needed Adobe AIR and closed the .FLA, any help?

Hi.

 

You have to tell Animate where your Adobe/Harman AIR SDK folders are. For this, go to Help > Manage Adobe AIR SDK... and set the path to your SDK root folder.

what worked correctly?

 

and loading a fla makes no sense. do you mean you tried to open a fla with animate or load an air app with a mobile or desktop?
