Error Message when importing sounds to library

I am trying to import sounds to the library using the newest version of Animate (23.01) but I am getting an error message. 

For clarification, I have used these same sound clips numerous times in Animate with no issue. I have also tried reverting to older versions of Animate. I've also re-rendered the clips using Media Encoder.  I can get it to import on some computers, but I've also had the same error meesage pop up on multiple computers. There doesn't seem to be any consistency to help pinpoint the issue. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Solution: I reverted back to version 22.0.9 and was able to import the sounds. I'm still unsure why it worked on some computers with 23.0.1, but if someone else is experiencing the same issue, I recommend reverting.
