Error occurred opening file

Question

So I was working on a project and left it for 1 day. When I came back and opened it then I got an error saying "Error occured opening file". I didn't know what to do. I search in the communty suport to see if someone had the same problem as me and a some people did. But I followed every answer in the posts and nothing helped me. I tried making it to a rar file which was the most common way to fix the problem but it didn't help me at all. Please help me!

Unfortunately, the only reliable way is to have backups.

Save variants (Flie > Save As... > MyFile_01.fla, then MyFile_02.fla, MyFile_03.fla and so on) every few hours while working. Keep 3 copies of everything on different storage devices, at least one of them totally unplugged at all times, except during backup.
