Error of shape hints

Hello,

I'm using Adobe Animate CC 2019 on a Mac, I have tried to use shape tween with success but I can't make the shape hint to attach to my shape anymore. In fact, the shape hint should follow the cursor and therefore attach himself to the shape but this is not the case anymore.

So what should I do?

Are you following the process mentioned in this doc? https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/shape-tweening.html

 

If you can update to the latest version, can you do that and let us know if you are still facing this issue?
