Error on opening Animate - forced shutdown
When I try to open animate I get this error and the application is forced to quit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it... still not working. Any suggestions?

remove your perferences:
uninstall animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
restart your computer
reinstall animate
test
