Error using bitmaps in build 103

Question

When using build 103, I get this error when placing a bitmap on the stage and view the webpage (on a server). Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getNumFrames').

I reverted to build 70 and it worked without errors. The only thing that changed was the IDE. I used the Web low template and and imported a small bitmap and placed on the stage. I published and viewed on a server. I tried both hosted and local files.

Well, after removing and reinstalling a few times, I was able to get it working - however, I had to delete the flas that were created with a bad version and had to start again. I think that there was a bad install of build 103. Once I saw build 70 was working, I removed it and reinstalled build 103 and tried it with a new file and it was ok.  If I opened an old build 103 file it wouldn't work. But if I created a new file with build 103 it worked. So... bad install?
