Question

Export html5 for website implementation

Hello,

I would like to start with an introduction.

I am currently doing an internship in a company and my task is to make an interactive infographic. For that, as you can tell, I used Animate. All went well until it came to publishing. Those issues are not the main problem, but maybe it is important. If I exported my infographic with separate .js and html files it never worked for website implementation, as there where errors in js and a looooot of lines of code. Also, if I tried to export images as textures, all interacitivty was lost. So , the only way it worked was to include the script in html and export images as image assets.

When I handed it to our web developer he was able to use it and put it on our test page. However, it is only visible to him and only if he logs in into his web developement tool. So, I am trying to help him to figure it out and learn if I did something wrong while exporting/creating it.

If you have any tips or suggestions, or maybe you need some extra information form me to give a reply, let me know. Thank you for help!

Hi.

Have you tried to embed the Animate content as an iframe in the webpage?

It's the more practical way as far as I can tell.

Please let us know.

JC
