Export of classic tween flickers

Im looking for advice on how to reduce or eliminate flicker in my animation. Here is a link to  the export and also its original FLA file. Please note that there is considerable and undesired flicker as the objects move.

Maybe it's because I'm viewing it on my phone, but I don't see any flicker.

It may be that there's so much less to load on the phone screen. Speaking
of screen size, I should have mentioned that this short animation is part
of a documentary that will be featured in a movie theater.

Tried again on desktop, still not seeing any flicker. Loaded into Premiere and viewed frame-by-frame, no flicker. What exactly do you think is flickering?
