export to GIF is not possible

I try to export flash to an animated GIF ... It doesn't work. The window comes up and that's it. No error, no Gif, nothing. What happens? When I export to SWF there is no problem, but everything elese doesn't work.

Who can help? Thanks

Thanks, I tried the Adobe chat as well, they gave me a link and I will try again I hope it works.

when you publish GIF movie only the main timeline animation will be exported as it'll not read any action or animation added by script, so you need to create an animation on the main timeline only.
