export to image animate 2021

This is my first time exporting an image in animate 2021.  I have clicked on File>Export>Export Image.

There are a lot of settings and it is a bit overwhelming.  The inital preview is not as crystal clear as it was in adobe animate.  What are the best settings?  I am hoping to print my image with the best quality for a Christmas gift.  I do have adobe illustrator if it would help to use this program (?)
