I have Animate vesrion V22.07 and Media encoder version 22.5 each time i try to export to create an MP4 file, i get the error message that the version of media encoder is wrong or it is corrupted. I have uninstalled the media encoder and re installed via the creative cloud. It works in other adobe products but continues to show the rror message

Thank you, don't see anything wrong with your machine / settings.

Try uninstalling both Animate and AME this time (including the preferences). Once done restart your computer, go to the Creative Cloud App and install Animate first, Media Encoder will install automatically right after so no need to do it manually. Once they're both installed open Animate AND Media Encoder and try to export again. Any problems?

Hi, can you tell us more about your setup? Operating system, ram, GPU, processor etc. Are you saving in your local drive, a cloud server, or external HDD?

Also could you share your video export settings from Animate?
