Export to video same fun bug that has been there for a decade

Animate has improved so much and I am finding ways of using here and there when AE is overkill. However, tonight I found the same bug that has been there for a good 10 years. When you Export | Video/Media and choose your location it asks if you want to overwrite the existing file. I say "Why yes" and choose that option. It increments and creates a new file every time. lol

Why would it ask if you want to overwrite a file and then increment it? That is a bug.
