Exported Video has thin black lines on vertical edges

An exported video with #FFFFFF (White) Stage colour has thin black lines on the left and right vertical edges of the file. Obviously I didn't place any black lines on the working file and it is problematic because it shows up on the website where the animation needs to be uploaded.
