Exporting a video for Premiere Pro

I'm sure something like this has been asked but not finding it. I've created an animation in Animate...I simply want to export it in a format I can use in Premiere to put after some video footage. I can't seem to find a format in the Export Video/Media that will work. So far I've gotten a dinky little version of it and just an audio track. I have an early version I made that is mp4 that works ok, but not sure how I made it.
