Exporting adobe animate .FLA to MP4

Hi

Does anyone know how to export Adobe Animate .FLA files to an MP4?  I don't have animate any more as my (ancient!) mac won't support it any more, but I've got some files that I really need to open and save.

      As Colin said you need to have a SWF already exported and that you can convert to an MP4.

      If your mac is old enough Swivel might work well on it. Swivel is the best SWF to video application.
