Exporting animation won't keep opacity

I've reduced the opacity for one of the layers and it exports fine as single png's and gif's, but when I try to export it as a video (what I assume is mov) it loses the opacity I dropped.

I can't seem to find a relevant answer anywhere, can anyone help?
