Exporting Issues Adobe animate

Hello! So whenever I make animations, there will be a point where they need to fade, but when I export the video the parts where it fades gets all messed up, I don't know what to do.

I use Adobe Animate 2019

    unless you're using a shape tween each tweened symbol should be on its own layer and nothing other than that symbol should be on that layer.

     

    you can actually use different tweens of different objects on the same layer, but you need to be careful and know what you're doing because it's easy to screw up things when you do that.
