Exporting nested movie clips to Apple ProRes with alpha

Hi everyone! I've just done up a movieclip with several nested animations inside. Managed to export it to Apple ProRes Alpha format but realized that the nested animations are all not playing.

I've tried changing all the clips from 'movieclips' to 'graphic' symbol, but it still doesn't work.

Or must i really do frame-by-frame animation on the main timeline? There are a lot of looping clips inside so if i do it frame by frame I think I'll go a little loco.

Is there any way around this?
