Exporting problem

Hello, my adobe file exports the drawing not like how it originally looks. I experted frames 44-75 in quicktime with the preset Gopro cineform RGB 12 bit with alpha because I wanted it transparent. the exported symbol looks totally weird. 

Can someone help me with the issue?
