Extension window not appearing in Animate v23.0.5 Mac

Hello Adobe, I’m experiencing a problem with the window > Extensions > Hands-on Tutorial window in Animate v23.0.5. When I select the aforementioned link, the extensions window fails to appear. Interestingly, this issue is not present in other versions of Animate. I’ve attachedscreenshots for your review. Additionally, even when I attempt to add a custom workspace, the panel remains invisible for this particular version. Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.
