F7 not working

I have "Insert Blank Keyframe" bound to F7. I've tested my Keyboard, F7 functions properly, but Adobe Animate refuses to recognize the keystroke "F7". All other Function keys are recognized as a keystroke. I'm on Adobe Animate 2023 for Windows.

    Check the shortcuts file.

    Maybe you have accidentally removed the F7 entry.

    I did not remove it. F7 just isn't functioning in Adobe Animate. Keyboard isn't malfunctioning either.

    Try to assign a different shortcut to the blank keyframe function. Or try to reassign F7.

    This is specific to your computer and you need to proactively try to identify the cause and find a solution.
