"Failed to write to directory"

Try to open Animate trial version, but it shows an error "Closing animate. Failed to write to directory (then the path where Animate is downloaded)". Why can it be?

is that where you intentionally installed animate???

did you use the cc desktop app to install animate?

and did you change the default installation directory (file>preferences>apps>install location)?

if not, where is animate cc 2021 installed? (it should be in c>program files>adobe>adobe animate 2021.)

and why is that directory shown in the error message?
