Falling snow effect

Hi!

I m making a xmas ecard with falling snow and I found this script:https://www.time wasters-place.com/snow-effect-done-in-html-5/,but i have no idea how to put it inside the animate cc. Any expert can help and explain? Thanks

There's another thread Snow effect done in HTML 5 that addresses that very animation, however it recommends a different script at a now dead link.
