Fatal errors that occur when using layer 'Parents'

I report a problem that I have often encountered while using Animate.
There are problems with object movement and camera movement when using parents within symbols.

1. Object movement problem
If parents are used inside the symbol, the symbol cannot be moved to the desired position.
This problem seems to occur a lot when using the same symbol upside down.

2. Camera movement problem
This problem usually occurs when a layer with a lot of parents is selected. When I try to move the screen by using the space bar + drag, the screen bounces around.

There are many cases where the parent function is actively used while creating animation, and I hope that this problem can be solved quickly.
