Fehlermeldung Animate 2024

Beim Start von einem bestimmten Animate Projekt wird mir folgender Fehler angezeigt. 

Andere Projekte können problemlos gestartet werden. Woran könnte es liegen?

    remove your animate preferences.  ie,

     

     

    uninstall animage, including preferences, per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

    restart your computer and reinstall animate
