File Conversions

Question

I'm uploading a screenshot from Adobe Animate

First off, here's the Animate image and you see the stroke. My goal is to output the image as a STL file, 5mm high.

According to a video tutorial, I need to export the file as an SVG, bring it into Illustrator. turn the stroke into outlines, export it as a DXF, then do an extrusion in 3DS Max or Blender and turn the extrusion into an STL file for printing. Can anyone help me with that? TIA I wanted to upload my animate file but I was unable to do so.
