File won't open

Basically I'm recreating assets for one of the shows I like (The Nightly Manor) and when I try to open the file, it says, "An error occured when trying to open TNM ASSETS REMADE.fla"

i tried duplicating it, uploading it to drive and reinstalling it, yet nothing is opening, and the same error pops up.

i can't use cloudconvert because .FLAs aren't supported, and like i said before, the drive thing doesn't work

i dont know why this is happening and now im going insane please help
