fileBrowser to navigate local harddisk

can any body guide me how to make a local hardDIsk file browser so that one can select a file from it and it should return the full path and filename of the selected file. thanks in advance.

Flash doesn't have access to local system ( it is not allowed to put another way). You cannot freely browse the files - it would be a security violation.
