Files currupting

Every hour I have been making backups of my animation in 2 different places. However, for some reason, when I open them Animate is showing a blank scene, and it shows a message saying that the file might be currupted. 

It is really frustrating, as I am not sure how to fix this and I am afraid to lose more progress. 

Can someone please help?
