HI, 

I have an Adobe ID with my school account because I do the work at my school, and there are some files I want to get from the school computer. How can I get them on my computer using this account? 

Please consult to this problem.

    sign in to your cc desktop app (with your school account) on your own computer and open your cc desktop app. at the top right click the cloud icon > cc web

     

    download to your computer the files you want.
