Filter effect disappears once exported to a SWF file

Can someone please help me? Basically all the blur effect and multiple/screen layers returned to its default look after I exported it. I am using the latest Adobe Animate software.

create a new as3 project

add a movieclip

add blur filter to the movieclip

publish or export a movie

any problem?
