Finding scripts attached to buttons/movieClips

I am updating a file to AS3 that someone else worked on.  I'm getting the error about scripts attached to buttons/movieClips and have been through the file a few times already.  Is there a tool or something else that will help find the scripts?

in movie explorer, toggle only "show actionscript", leave the search box empty and scan the list for "Actions for xxx" where xxx is anything but a Frame.

It shows only actions being attached to frames, but I still get the error.  Why is that error not more descriptive, it doesn't even give an object reference?

click the customize button on the right of the movie explorer buttons and tick both context items.
