Fla. File Corrupted after Crash

Hey Guys this is URGENT.

 

So I was animating in Animate for days and suddenly the programm crashed. I tried opening the file again but everything is gone and I get the notification: "The scene could not be loaded into memory. The document may be damaged." Any help would be highly appreciated! Here is my file btw:

and learn to prevent this in the future by saving frequently with increasing version number appended to your fla name.  periodically close and reopen the latest version to confirm it's not corrupt.

Hi.

 

If you save your .fla as a .xfl you'll see that your main timeline information is lost.

 

Do you have an older version?

 

Or do you have the last exported SWF?

Ohh ok thank you. Unfortunately I dont have a previous version. Is there anything I can do to gain back the main timeline information?
