Fla is exporting video as 0 seconds

Question

Whenever i try to export my fla animation as a video it renders the mov part instantly and it pops out a 0 second vid thats just the first frame, it works fine as an swf and in the timeline so idk what went wrong, cuz it used to work normally, but then my file corrupted a little bit after that and then i had to continue the project through a decompiled swf, i just wanna export this to a video, i think the fla is corrupted

create a new fla with a different name and save to a different directory.

then copy the main timeline layers from your problematic fla

paste them into the new fla and save.

close the problematic fla

export your video from the new fla.
