Flash 20.0 r-1 prints too small

IE and Edge browsers upgraded to Flash Player 20.0 r-1 on 2016-02-11 (or so).  When printing, the printed output is now about 30% smaller than it should be on the page, occupying the top left.  If the graphics to be printed are increased in an attempt to compensate, the bottom of them is simply clipped off.   Our customers are irate.
