Flash Builder and Animate no longer integrated

I recently updated Animate CC which seems to have caused Flash Builder and Animate to no longer work together. If I try to debug or build the project from Flash Builder, it switches to Animate, but nothing happens. Also, if I try to create a new Flash document and use Flash Builder to edit the code, the project doesn't get created correctly and none of the flash libraries or even the local code classes are included in the project causing auto-complete to be useless.

I've tried uninstalling both applications and reinstalling them to no avail (with multiple reboots). This has pretty much halted my ability to work on anything complex until I can resolve this.

Hoping to find a solution that doesn't require me to nuke my entire Windows installation.

So I found if I rolled back my version of Animate to 16.0.1.119 I was able to get the two pieces of software talking to each other again.

I don't know what broke, but I hope it gets fixed soon.
