"flash cs6" export movie "could not complete operation because of an unknown error"

Hi

I am still working on Adobe Flash CS6

After  I save file and try to export movie

File > Expoert > Export Movie

I get this error:

could not complete operation because of an unknown error.

Please help me to fix the issue
