Flash CS6 ToonMonkey extensions?

Hello, I'm looking for the Flash extensions that David Wolfe made, specifically his merge layers extension, but I can't find them anywhere. When i google it I'm led to Toonmonkey.com which redirects me to godaddy.com. Does anyone know if they have been moved to another site or if there is anywhere else I can download them?
