Flash file Error on lastest adobe animate 2023 but somehow works with Flash CS4

I found an Adobe Animate file on a website, when i open it, It got me an error saying that the error ouccured when opening but somehow it worked on Older Versions of Adobe Animate or Flash CS. SomeOne Explained!!

It's a known regression in AA 23.0.2. It can't open older FLA files.
