Flash Player error on HP Solutions Centre

Question

Hi, I am having trouble with the Solution Center application. Each time I open it I am presented with an Adobe flash Player error `An ActionScript error has occurred’ TypeError #2007: Parameter text must be non-null. Can anyone explain (in simple terms) the problem and how to fix it please? I have also posted on an HP forum just to cover all bases!

That error message (from the screenshot), resembles what I would expect to see when a component error is encountered. If you did not develop this application there is not likely much you can do as repairing it would require have the source file to edit and republish.
