Flash Pro CS6 Permit Debugging

Question

My flash content throws unhandled IO error and url: 2044/2035. When I select "permit debugging" on publish options, there are no details or lines or whatsoever. So I cannot understand and locate the problem properly. What could be the reason? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Unhandled IO errors usually occur when a resource is being loaded from an external resource but is not being targeted properly or does not exist.
