Flash Pro: "Edit with Adobe Photoshop" on bitmap without editing source file

Using Win10.

Before I foolishly decided to reset my Flash Pro settings.

On a bitmap, like "png" I was able to use "Edit with Adobe Photoshop" without modding the source image file on disk.

Flash would place a copy of the image in the user AppData "temp location", open in PS and after the edit and save from PS, the file would get replaced in Flash Pro without modding the source file.

I tied looking for a preference or documentation in both Flash and PS.

No luck... Tx in advance.
